Why Verizon never answer the phone at the store.when they suppose to be open...so crappy

They answer when I call them I got Verizon here at walterboro just keep calling or go by the store at walterboro

Seems like that is the norm in the mordern business world...

I'll just go go to the store, talk with them personally

I got tired of the lengthy waits and the high prices so after being with them over 26 years I left and went to Straight talk. Now I pay $34 monthly.
