One star is overly generous. I have a package that has been lost and I am unable to speak to a person. All I get is a recording and I end up in a loop that seems to have no resolution

Why have a phone or even a business phone number if nobody ever answers. Why do you send packages back that cant be delivered without contacting the person the package is going to because you cant even order online without a valid address so I really dont understand why tf yal keep sending my stuff back when I NEED IT !!!!!???????????????????????? USPS TRASHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Online, look for usps careers
Take it to the post office and they will give it to the right address. That is better than waiting for someone to pick it back up. God bless y'all.
