I have one question. Why don't you service prepaid phones? I've been a customer for nearly 15 yrs.

Confused associates. Wait time ridiculous. Didn't charge the tablets they work with. Changed my # without telling me. Told me it would only take 15 minutes for my phone to activate. 3 hours later still can't make or receive calls. Go back and they tell me my phone isn't compatible with Verizon. Can't give me a refund back to the card I used. Must mail refund check to my house in 2 weeks. SMDH! Wasted my day!

From what i know.. they are going to tell u to send the phone off.. dont think they work on phones at all

They open at 10AM I was told that I could not come into the facility because I did not have Regular service I have prepaid.
Yes you would have to be a customer whether you were to get prepaid (if they still have it) or you'd have to get on a contract either way yes they would make you get an account
I think you have to have his pin or be listed on his account, but a death certificate should do it. So sorry for your loss.
They answer when I call them I got Verizon here at walterboro just keep calling or go by the store at walterboro
