In my opinion i think there is only 1 room /kennel that is big enough to accommodate a chair. You can call them tomorrow after 12 to see if they can use it.
I'm sorry, I have no idea but it doesn't seem hygienic to me considering skin disease and parasites. Their animals are very well cared for.
