I will say that even if they don't go in a couple of times. We found our forever dog two days after going in the first time.
I am not there each day, only on Sat's so like Tammy mentioned you would need to check in each day to find out what type of dogs they have at the shelter. Best bet would be to drop in

You wpuld have to go look every day there is new dogs brought in that are unwanted or lost
