These people need to be trained to answer the phone and help people in the county . They say call animal control which is as bad at helping as they are, You wont get any help here. unless you want to BUY an animal. You cant turn in a found animal,

No and if you do they make you give money to feed the dogs

I offered them 100 dollars to just take a young cat that was about to have kittens that some idiot dropped off in my neighborhood. I had the cat in a cage but since I didn't live in the city they wouldn't take her. They said call animal control, I asked where they were located that I would take the cat to them, the worker said she didn't know, by the way they are in the same building,there trucks are parked there. Anyway these people need to start helping people with stray animals. I always encourage people to go to the shelter and adopt a pet. But when people bring in a stray they should be able to take the animal whether you live in the city or county. They won't take a stray from the county. Isn't the city in Spartanburg county?
