The collars start at $4.00 & The pain meds are included with the procedure, you'll get 3 tablets of the pain meds. My personal opinion about the collar is it can cause more issues and harm your pet. Your pet will lick but, you'll be able to monitor and stop the licking.
It depends on the size of your pet BUT I would not reccomend that type of collar. There have been more negative outcomes using those collars than positive.
