Because we are in the low morals zone. Cut rate price + high quality service does not appear readily. Outside NYC may improve that's why I purchased one car out of state . Hint: think acme
I am not sure since I haven't gone back after sale yet but my guess would be so they don't have to deal with any problem you have but remember there is a lemon law which states you can bring it back and either fix the problem or get your money back within 30-60 days... but instead of calling them with your issue I suggest go down there and deal with it
