Yes, for a membership the additional members either have to be your spouse or a dependant under 25 that still lives with you (or college but thier permanent address is yours)
No they do not. They can either be your spouse or a child under 26 years of age.
Yes, they need to be under the age of 25 and living with you. The exception is if they are away at college.
