always at least 20 people in line, workers are rude and self service machine seems to always be down. choose a different location for your shipping needs.

Sat there for 30 minutes for them to tell me they won’t ship my prepaid label because it wasn’t taped. I wasn’t even able to pay them to tape it. Worthless establishment . The guy at the front moves like a turtle

I am really giving this P.O. ZERO stars. We dont get our mail delivered during normal hours. Carriers deliver our mail during vampire hours, when they deliver....LOL. Some of the carriers dont know what the significance of the mailbox red flag is. When the flag is up that means there is mail that needs to be picked up. Duh! How many times do I need to complain about these issues???

I’ve never seen a more dedicated work force. An invisible one! No wonder all I see is 1 stars. I think it should be 0 stars. I bet they are all inside laughing and giggling and having fun. After all they are government employees. While we wait in line. If not forced to use USPS, I would never use them. Ever!
