I’ve been trying to get my package for 5 days now. The keep saying it’s a “attempted delivery” but I’ve been home waiting and No one has actually tried to give me my package. I’ve tried calling and no one can answer the phone.

So as you walk into a tiny lobby, a sound like an alarm goes off. You great a closed wooden door. If you stand there for less than 10 minutes, could yourself lucky. There is no bell. If you knock on the door, nobody answers. I'm here right now, it's been 8 minutes.....still waiting for a face behind the closed door. Oh and I do here workers back there. Thus has been my experience EVERY TIME.

I ordered a music keyboard from Amazon and unfortunately, Amazon shipped it to me via USPS. However, unlike UPS and FedEx drivers the USPS driver saw the size of my package and drove it directly back to the post office. When I asked her why, she replied that USPS doesn't deliver large packages to people's homes. If that is true, then USPS should let Amazon and other companies know not to use them for such deliveries. Now, they're telling me that I only have a few days to catch an uber to pick it up (because I don't drive a car) before they return it to the shipper. The fact that this post office only has two stars is a strike against the entire company. There's no way that this office should be allowed to be run so poorly for so long.
