Have called this store non stop for 2 hours and no one has yet to pick up the phone. I do not live in NC to be able to just come in. You as a company especially one that deals with customers property and items should be more inclined to answer a phone that's ringing non stop! Absolutely disgraceful!

The worst customer service, I live closest to this location but drive out of my way to avoid going here when I can. My girlfriend went to this location today and came home to tell me she also had the same experience that I had on multiple occasions when I use to go to this location. Y’all need to do better. Apparently to slack to even scan a QR code for a shipping label. The woman at the desk told her they don’t do it. Thankfully another location did it with no problem, and without being rude.
Panoramic View Vacations
The location hours are posted for Saturday at 2:30 pm. We got to the location at 2:09 pm only to find it locked but with customers still inside. The agent came to the door and said that they were closed because they shut the system down. He was going to help the people that were inside but that was all. I then asked what would be the best way to send my items and if he could give me the boxes to pack them. He was not helpful in anyway, did not provide boxes just kept saying the system was down and kept trying to close the door. First and last time to this location.
