Awful print service. A simple 5-poster print job that they can't complete without issues coming up. They somehow lost the image file. The person who took my order took a day off and they're apparently the only person who can print posters. So, now it's a three day job. The person on the phone also couldn't care less about helping.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FOR DELIVERY! i ordered a chair and it still has not came 6 days past the expected date. The shipper and staples have bad communication and shipper blames staples and staples says its waiting on shipper. If i wasnt forced to use my warranty as store credit for my old chair that broke, would have refunded whole thing. Good luck if you choose delivery.

Just visited the store and the copy Center. The short brunette brunette lady employee was admiring her yellow nails when I arrived. Nobody else in line I asked her to make 4 copies with cardstock glossy for certificates with a USB data stick.She said she could not do it and it would be an hour wait. I asked her if she could do them now and she said no. She was just standing around and obviously could not multitask. This shows poor leadership at the management level. If she was working in my business she would be fired.
