I thought if you are medically disabled/handicap these fees are waved if in SS OR SSI ??

$125 when your doctor's certificate expires and $50 when your State registration expires. They are different dates paid separately. The Holistic Center's charge is $125 because we issue and update the doctor's certificate.

Its 125 plus 50 bucks paid to the state which you do it yourself on gateway. Total cost all inclusive for the clinic is 125
