Be ready to talk to a doctor about your symptons and cannibas use. Also considering its MA state systems you need last 4 of your social. I was surprised they issued cards for the problems I had, little info was available. Medical documentation isnt needed your going to a doctor that can determine them. They may be helpful but generally unnecessary. To get your actuall card youll have to communicate with the state and pay a 50 dollar fee that can be waived. I reccomend appoinments, the hours were not correct when I went and it can get timley aka costly waiting all day. Its all so new...

The holistic center does not have any marijuana products. They are medical marijuana license clinic. You can pretty much get CBD oil without THC from cambridge naturals.

Initially a fee of $150 goes to the medical practitioner, basically the doctor and then you will need a $50 registration fee which is required to register your application with the department of public health marijuana program

You will have to sign in to virtual portal and resubmit your application. Due to the difference of address on your ID you will need to update your application online. After submitting your application it should take no more than 3weeks for it to be registered.
