Under CT tight restrictions I do not qualify for a medical certification. With a CT pcp diagnosis can I see a MA Dr. and get certification through MA and use MA dispensaries? I prefer not to use the recreational user option.

Also you need to be a MA resident and provide proof of residency - a lease or mail addressed to the MA residence within the last 30 day.

Yes. I beleive you can get the certification in MA. Just make sure your medical records are within a calendar year.
