While I've yet to make it to the park, I keep hearing about a Japanese Tea House in the Park, but yet, I found no official mention of it anywhere online.... IS there indeed such a tea house?...is it still operational and open for business?...hours?

There is no functioning tea house within the park.

I saw it but never been inside as I use the park only for walking/jogging. It doesn't look like a food establishment- I think it's just a sightseeing spot.
