Awesome park. Love the variety of activities available ( baseball,tennis, volleyball, basketball, soccer, hiking trails, etc), playground for the kids, daily/ seasonal pass availability for municipal swimming pool.

There is a playground, it's at the back of the park. There is a large building that is very easy to see from the baseball fields and tennis courts. The parking lot for that building is by far the safest and easiest point of access. I know I've seen children under 10 there, but I've never payed close enough attention to say for sure if it's a good fit for a 3 year old.
The park is free, except for the pool, which is probably available only to residents and their guests.
Think its 18 holes and love it. Well maintained

No there is not a place to purchase discs at the course.
There is no functioning tea house within the park.
Inside the building above the playground, the gymnasium is to the left, bathrooms in the center and changing rooms/pool to the right.
