There is a playground, it's at the back of the park. There is a large building that is very easy to see from the baseball fields and tennis courts. The parking lot for that building is by far the safest and easiest point of access. I know I've seen children under 10 there, but I've never payed close enough attention to say for sure if it's a good fit for a 3 year old.

Yes there are two playgrounds and a rock climbing wall. My almost 3 year old plays there all the time and loves it. It's fine for a 3 year old.
