My kids loved it and the workers are very nice and accommodating

There are way too many kids for the space provided. Kids run into eachother, jump all over eachother and fight over the amenities. The staff are friendly but do not have enough control over the guests. My daughter loves to jump but we will not be coming back anytime soon. There needs to be better organization.

Staff is nice and kids have fun but the concession stand is expensive.

Fun for the kids but “tots hours” are not protected for tots only. The website made it sound like it would be and it felt too dangerous for the little kids to be jumping with teenagers. Perhaps better for older kids.
