We saw Mickey, Minnie, Goofy and Donald at both AK and MK. I believe they're positioned in various places across the parks, but in your heart forever!
Got to see them last week at Magic Kingdom
We got to see Mickey at the Magic Kingdom and wasn't until we were actually heading twd exit and they came & grabbed us & asked if we'd want to meet Mickey & to follow bk into a room. Then walked into a room with only 1 other person in front of me where Mickey was set up for pics but had ropes in front of him for social distancing but u were able to still stand in front for pics and to say hi to him, then escorted bk out. Took only bout 15-20 min total. Other than that, only times we saw any characters were during the short parades that went by quickly.

You can see them at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom you just have to wait and look they will sometimes have meet and greets or they will just show up in a parade 😀!

Walt Disney World, I think
They have Mickey and Minnie at Walt Disney world in Orlando Florida
They are in all 4 parks but are in different places, for example in Magic Kingdom Mickey its at the main street theater in the right side of the park immediately you get inside the park, in Epcot Pluto, Mickey and Minnie are near to the fountain at the front of the park, on the right side. In Hollywood Studios Donald and Daisy usually are in the entrance of the park at you left side. All 4 parks have them in different areas, during several hours on the day. My recommendation its that once you enter the park gets a guide they are just in front of the entrance, also, its convinient if you have the Disney parks app on your phone because in there you can see which characters are in every park and also the times and location of everyone of them. 😀

The best chance to see all 5 is character dining at Chef Mickey at the Contemporary resort or Minnie"a Hollywood and Vine diner at Hollywood Studios park.

All over! The park map has some potential meeting spots highlighted, but the motorcade things they do between parades have a great selection of characters.

What park are you going to
Most all the characters are at every park in different areas. Some characters are exclusive to certain parks, ie. Eeyore is only at the Crystal Palace in MK.
Magic Kingdom but you can also see them at other parks as well. There is also the character breakfast,lunch and dinners you can do as well to see them! They were still doing this during Christmas and the 1st week of Jan. when my family was there.

Just went a couple weeks ago and we didnt see a single character signing autographs and taking pics. That may be a thing of the past.
