As long as your first day of entry into a park is within 5 days of the date you said you would arrive, you're good. I told them one date, and then found out my son gave them the next day as the first day in the parks for his family. When I called, they said it wouldn't be a problem as long as our first day in the parks was within the time frame we'd given for our stay.
