They have no way to close off the area. There is limited access on the roads that transverse the park. The main parking lot is not very big, scattered around the main parking lot is quite a few tables not far from where you park. There's a lot more areas abound in the park, whench you must hoof to out and about to enjoy the area's. When parking near a closed gate as long as it's not posted no parking. Park and walk in. Don't park in front of the gate blocking emergency access please.
