Both are about the same. I think one belongs to the brother and one the sister. A waitress was talking to us the other day about it when we were there. Imagine two siblings with such a love of food in the family! How exciting! We have had great experiences at both.

The menu and food quality are virtually the same. Its probably my favorite Italian restaurant!
From what I can remember, the menus are the same. Owned by same family. The only thing that MAY be different is the nightly specials. Have always had an excellent meal and service. Hope you enjoy!
I have been to Galena Vinnys 3 times and Dubuque Vinnys once and the food and service was just as good at both. The menu seem the same
I don't know how strong the affiliation is but they're definitely the same restaurants. Having the same excellent food and opportunity to enjoy Italian ambiance and excellent food.
