We dined here on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend - there weren’t a lot of options close to our hotel as many places are closed on Sunday in Dubuque downtown. We had a pizza which was good and more than enough for two, a chocolate bomb dessert which was okay. I tried a local (Dubuque) craft beer: 7 Hills Wonky Kong, which was fantastic. The service was lovely and fast.

The wait was long, however the food was good and service exceptional. We did feel like they were rushing us out at end of meal. No after dinner drinks for us.

Great food! We both had one of their burger and soft pretzels. Everyone was very friendly. Dessert, chocolate bomb cake, was amazing.

Was in town for a Gymnastics Competition for a daughter. It looks like a typical sports bar. Had a tap of their sour selection, Black Cat Cobbler. This was fantastic! Weird note: the floors were very slippery. Not something I would add if I hadn't heard multiple people comment on it. Server was nice and attentive. 3 out of the 4 people in my group wanted to have chips with their sandwiches/burgers, but 6:30pm on a Saturday evening and they were out! Fries and slaw were delicious. Burgers were decent. Well cooked, but very sloppily made. Overall it was a good experience but I expect a little better when paying those prices at place like that. I would probably go back.
