Is your Prime rib, with Au jus, made with, or without flour?

I've been eating their prime rib for ages and there has never been flour.

Hi Cheryl. We were at the Innkeeper 2 weeks ago, and I had the Prime rib. There was definitely no flour in the jus, but I suppose it is possible that they used flour to dredge the meat before searing to get the nice crust - though I doubt it. Hope this helps you!

In my experience, it was served with Au Jus and was not made with flour.
