I lived here for 21 years. Just moved out and into a house last friday. I enjoyed the quietness of the park. If u r in the back by the creek, it gets noisy. But over by the bigger homes and storage its quiet. Not a bad place
It's like a campground with over half the sites are residents, with a combo of mobile homes. We were residents for over 5 years. Changed management 3 times. I would stay somewhere else if it's more than a week or two.
If you want a place to stay at short term that's affordable, then you might like it. But if you want to find a place for over a month or two, then I would look around. Basically some people like staying there and some don't. If you want a place to stay at that's very nice without an RV, then you should check out Vista Del Lago SW Orlando off 192 close to four corners area...
The staff is nice, and most of the residents I encountered were nice as well. My only criticisms were how close the sites were together, and it looks like most of the people there are seasonal or full timers (ie: they live there).
