I recently did my engagement photo shoot at this location and I really enjoyed the scenery, it has all of the basics. The picnic tables and the barbecue grills. It even has a nice little here with an ocean view.

Yes as long as they are leashed and friendly (they may see some horses).
I would think not there is bike trails but im not sure if youd be able to traves it in a scooter
Dont think so pretty sure there is no over night parking unless you are camping in the primitive camp sitea

There are pavilions and restrooms. Grassy areas for games (catch, soccer, frisbee, etc). Separate viewing dock and fishing dock. No playground equipment.
