We live on the east coast of Fl but enjoy coming to the Orlando area at least every other month. I didn’t even know this place existed until my wife showed me a website for it. Tucked off of the main strip behind a newer housing development, this was a real hidden gem. There is also a small public park for the little ones if you have them. Will be coming back soon!

Parking, biking and using the trail is free. The closed gate is for service vehicles, however you can park and walk or bike the trails.
Yes plenty of parking. I went to an event there that was crowded and everyone had parking with no problems.
Try calling the visitor center on 192. It opens at 0900
