This was an Airbnb. We were looking for a tiny house to rent out. This is located on a rv resort, very quiet area, very reasonable. They do have a pool but we didn't have time to use it. Also a exercise room, game room with pool table. Loved this place.

We had our pet on a leash .and clean up after her. and never had any problem .don't know about your breed but you can always call and ask.
Yes, there are late model park models available for sale and for long-term rental.
Current monthly RV site rent for long-term stays is $580 per month with an annual agreement.

It is 20 minutes from the parks. Also 20 minutes from the mall and 20 from the outlet. It is very central and has a walmart, restaurants and factory stores 5 blocks away.

I lived here for 21 years. Just moved out and into a house last friday. I enjoyed the quietness of the park. If u r in the back by the creek, it gets noisy. But over by the bigger homes and storage its quiet. Not a bad place
They have a storage area for parking, but will only need it if you have more than two vehicles. It's about $60 a month.
Check with the office and the bulletin board in the park for rv's for sale within the park.
