I should have read reviews before using this location. Ordered a hatch in march, I received a confirmation to install on 4/11. On 4/08 they call and leave a message suggesting I need to schedule the install, I call back and after an hour wait and several transfers, they schedule me for 4/18. When I showed up they said well you didn’t schedule the install and we called this morning and you didn’t pick-up. I show the manager the confirmation email for the 11th then the confirmation for the 18th and all the calls I made, so patronizing he said no you never returned calls. I show him the call log and said I know o spoke with a human, he said not sure

DO NOT GO HERE. My boyfriend wasn't able to rent so I said no problem I'll rent it. But the guy whose 6ft....looks like he hasn't showered in 6 weeks said that bc I was staning next to him and "he already say me with him" I could rent. I walked out. What an apology. Look. At. The. Reviews. Every person who works there gives attitude and honestly are just plain idiots.

It's all ice! They don't care. I told them to put rock salt down, and he said "we don't do that" I slipped several times. And this is at 11am long after they opened. Easy to put rock salt down

Absolute trash, the staff is extremely rude when they decide to help, and they most certainly spend most of their time ignoring customers so expect some seriously bad attitude if you ever get anyone to actually help you.
