Was told no more than an hour wait for a tow truck. It’s now been over three hours and I’m still waiting. every time I call they give me the same excuse, “we will be there soon just running a bit slow and we can’t get ahold of our driver” . I’ve had AAA for over five years and this is the service you get. Steer clear

I called at 8:15 and they said they would have a truck by 9:15. I called every hour until midnight when I called and I was told no one was coming. I was broken down in the freezing cold and they lied to me saying someone would come. Had I known from the beginning that no one was coming I would have gotten a hotel rather than waiting 4 hours in the cold. Very unsatisfied.

My most recent experience has been a nightmare trying to get a tow for my vehicle. My wife and I, two individuals in their eighties, waited for 3 1/2 hours for a tow truck from AAA and finally had to get a private company to tow our vehicles. We were lied to several times and ignored by this company. I have been a member of AAA for 36 years and cannot believe their complete turnaround. They are completely unreliable and cannot provide the services they offered in the past. I was told by one of their cust. svc. person their wait times for a tow are now in the four hour time range. I , finally had to call a private towing company for a tow. They arrived in 15 minutes and towed my vehicle. STAY AWAY FROM AAA..IT .IS NOT HE COMPANY THEY ONCE WERE!!!!!!

Always a high level of customer service and professionalism. Their response time is amazing! I locked my keys in the car and someone was dispatched immediately and got to me and got my keys freed in less than 25 minutes! Every time I’ve had someone dispatched from this location it has been a seamless and satisfactory experience.
