If you have some knowledge of fiberglass repair the sales employees can make sure you get what you need.
If you can take some pictures and show them to the techs at FC, they'll be able to advise you. If the chips are strictly cosmetic, you can fill with gel coat tinted to match, or even use 3 to 1 epoxy thickened with glass-fibers. It's usually best to grind out the chips with a dremel, clean with acetone. This does not sound like a difficult fix unless the "brushing" caused any structional damage.
