I cannot comment about other customers experience I've been there for years and have never bad resin ever I definitely give them five star but I definitely understand that sometimes things slip through the cracks unfortunately this possibly is one of those Unfortunate Events
If you have some knowledge of fiberglass repair the sales employees can make sure you get what you need.
Which product are you asking questions about? FGC has a lot of products. Maybe you should call them or go inside the show room and see. They can answer all your questions. Also you may want to check with codes and read data sheets on a particular product.
