Nice place. Taco was delicious. Friendly service. Our server was checking on us ever 5 minutes. Only thing I didn’t like about that place is that they charge for chips and salsa. True Mexican restaurant wouldn’t charge for that

Yes, the Veytia family is four generations St Pete residents. They started with Red Mesa Restaurant on 4th St, then added Red Mesa Cantina and then Red Mesa Mercado. Each has a unique take on Regional Mexican and Latin specialties.
