I am sorry you feel we did not repair your laptop properly. Your laptop did not come on when you brought it in August of this year. The power connector had broken loose and we tried to secure it in place. Unfortunately the Toshiba laptop you have had several broken pieces of plastic on the inside. If I remember correctly you did not want to purchase any parts to fix the laptop correctly. We charged you $45 to repair the laptop as best we could without replacing anything. When you picked up your laptop on 8/6/2021 your laptop would turn on and charge the battery and open and close ok. If you would like for me to order the parts needed to replace the broken casing just bring it back and let us take a look at it again.
They just fixed mine. Totalled out right around 80. Around 25 for diagnostic and 50 for the psu (500w), plus tax. Relatively cheap!
