The sushi bar was excellent. The chefs were personable and knowledgeable and the sushi they served was outstanding
The only thing authentic about Morimoto Asia is the price!! If you want something authentic, incredibly delicious and flavorful, try Seito Sushi Japanese in Dr Phillips. You won't waste your time and money:))
As far a Japanese ramen, it's about a 6/10 compared to eating in Japan. The duck ramen they serve is probably their best.
