While a reservation is a good idea, their staff is great about trying to accommodate walk ins quickly.
Week days is better for walk-ins....weekends it may be a gamble, l suggest a reservation. The second floor it's pretty nice and the outside terrace at thr second floor is great, however, it's Florida and the humidity during the day is pretty strong during summer, it may be better to sit on the terrace during night time. My 2cents :)

I walked in on a May weekday at dinnertime and waited about 5 minutes to be seated. No reservation. I can see how it might get busy, though, so if you can confirm a time, I'd recommend it.

Last time we went there for dinner the wait was 2 hours without a reservation. They are not on OpenTable so you will need to call them directly.
