My wife and I went two weeks ago, the service was excellent the ambiance was great, the food was just OK. The desert was pre made, the icing was hard as a rock and the strawberries were over ripened. The total experience for two was almost $200.00. The experience it did not match the high cost. You pay a very high premium for being located at Disney Springs. The men's restroom was dirty and a broken mirror. Would you think for what you pay these issues can be resolved immediately. It also is a safety issue for restaurateurs. Save your money on that gift card and treat them to a real dining experience elsewhere.
