Yes, there's a spin everyday at 5:45. All the instructors are amazing. Not sure what else between those hours. But the website has a calendar that's updated frequently
I suggest you load the application and look at the schedule. It changes and yes the classes are in separate rooms.

Like the others said, they have a pdf of schedules in the app or call. There is a spin class M-F that begins at 545 and lasts for an hour

Looking at the schedule online, i see 545 class followed by an 830 class. Didn't see 630 or 7 class. Are classes held in seperate room from machines?
