Isaac is an awesome person and the only employee I've seen cleaning and putting weights away. He's friendly when entering and leaving the gym. With that being said, the gym never repairs the equipment, has missing cable attachments, and the weights are never racked. LA can do better than this.

I have been using this club for about 4 years and until recently I would have rated the club as 3 stars. I recognize the club is older so it is the front desk experience that would drive my rating. Since Issac took over managing the club in the morning things have really improved. He has a great positive attitude and goes out of his way to support club members whether that be just asking how they are or ensuring work tickets for equipment maintenance are raised and completed. Issac makes the gym members feel like they are part of a family. David

This gym definitely needs a remodel, however the people here are great, members & staff. Isaac is here every morning when we come in and his energy is always incredible. Always cleaning up and motivating the members. As someone who has worked at LA fitness in the past, he is by far the best employee I’ve interacted with at every club.

I Have been to a large number of LA FITNESS centers through out the country. This LA FITNESS is at the bottom of the totem poll when it comes to many aspects of running a business. When you first walk in you are almost GUARANTEED not to have someone say hello. I personally could not care less but for those that do, well now you know. I walked toward the dumbbell area and of course no matter what time you show up to work out weights are allover the place. Next, a group of about 6 or 7 guys and gals together, yelling and hollering while they worked out with their own portable radio which they placed right under the dumbbell weight rack and made the whole section their own. Not to mention that the music they were playing on the portable radio was louder than the gym music by far. The GM pranced around and did nothing. Unfortunately, to add insult to injury the weights are always broken, as well as the machines. They place signs that say that they are scheduled for maintenance but the signs start to fade of how long they have been on the machinery. What a contrast to the Jog Road Boynton beach location. I live one block from the Congress Boynton beach location and still prefer to drive the 4.5 miles to the Jog Rd location. THE CONTRAST BETWEEN THESE TWO GYMS IS RIDICULOUS!. In addition, the reps do not even make eye contact with you, It leaves the feeling that they think you might ask them to do something consisting of work or some kind of menial labor for a few seconds. I've never had a worse experience and will never visit this gym again and recommend you DO NOT as well. Excellent location and it was clean, that was why I even gave a star. Oh and one more thing, the weights are ancient. No new technology and very ghetto.
