It's Sunday not sure if live person is answering phones but try calling I believe they have automated system. If you go there follow signs Amtrack upstairs
Small Amtrac station/ bus terminal is across Main st. From old Bus terminal Torward the North end of town easy to find- I called to see if 56 is on time but the automated system is down and will not connect me to live customer service (hangs up on my) sorry.
