How long it takes to get an approval after request of evidence was requested

There’s never availability from what I hear it’s all waiting list and first goes to whom ever has the highest priority preference. Most places require rent to be paid month to month unfortunately Georgetowne Homes charges rent 1 month in advance so In example :JAN 5th I paid my rent and after acquiring my tentant ledger my account is still in the negative because I’m being charged for the month of February already.
