Hi Sherice. Thank you for your question. Georgetowne Homes has a no pet policy; however, residents have the right to request a Reasonable Accommodation for approval of a companion animal. You can only have a pet under special circumstances.. like if you have a disabled child that needs a Companion Pet or a service dog you would have to get a doctor's letter to be able to have it approved.. they don't really give you a hard time about it as long as you can provide a drs letter.. and then when you get the pet you have to provide proof of shot and it was fixed also proof that you had it registered with the city for a dog and a few other minor requirements
