Thank you for reahcing out, Marvina. Visitors may park park in lots #1 and #20. Parking is also permitted in the management parking lot from 6:00 pm to 6:30 am.
According to the Senior Property Manager (CINDY GAUVIN) “all lots are RESIDENTIAL LOTS and any vehicle that isn’t registered to a tenant of GEORGETOWNE HOMES or that doesn’t reflect a VALID temporary parking permit is NOT TO PARK ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY POINT DURING THE 24hr CYCLE THAT MAKES A DAY!”
You can park in any spot that does not have a reserved parking plaque.
