I think she is just a people hater because we had a metal roof put on by Hippo Roofing and they did a great job for us. The workers did a fantastic job and we're very courteous. After the job was done they even went around the whole house on the ground and pick up all the nails and whatever paraphernalia was left on the ground from the job. We haven't had any problems with our roof since they did the job. And our electric bill went down 20%. We are very happy with Hippos service.

Hippo Roofing has been in business since 2004 and we have expanded into 3 other counties. Every good and bad experience is a learning lesson to get better at what we do.
It's true you can't please everyone, but in my experience, Hippo didn't do the main job they were contracted to and paid to do (replace rotten fascia and cover with aluminium). They admitted wrong doing, but it took forever to have it corrected, and was very sloppy looking afterwards, i.e. screws in random places scattered between nails, large gaps in the fascia filled in with calk (messily), bowed aluminum due to inaccurate measurements, etc.
