From the salesman to the crew leader and the installers they were just great. The roofing crew were such good workers and very meticulous in there work and cleaned up very good. The gutter crew did very good work and the finished job looks great! Overall the workers were very good at what they do. Very happy with the project.

Terrible twice! I had my roof replaced late 2017. 2 years ago, I discovered while placing X-mas lights, deteriorating wood beams. I check up under there often as hornets nests. The place where this is happening is right above front door roof overhang. The flashing on the front edge, no longer meets the gutter, thus allowing water to go behind the gutter, rather than in. The lady on the phone he said to me “well why did you purchase our gutters”. I told her I was never offered got hers and that I never even knew that they sold/replaced gutters. Last fall when the guy came out to Address some thing else I pointed it out to him. At that point it was only two 2 x 4 beams that were damaged, it is much worse now. I never had this problem before they did their work. I was told by my attorney do not try to do anything to it myself until the resolve it. When I told the lady about it on the phone she was very defensive and denied that they were responsible. This is the second incident I have had with them. The first incident is on their actual website but they forced me to give them a five star review for the thousands of dollars the roof leak caused to the interior of my home. Let me tell you it was not enough money. These people are so crooked & criminal that they should not be in business. You can tell from the pictures, the sloppy work they do, Details are not included in their work. Do you want this kind of sloppy work for the most expensive and important repair in your home??

So my family needed a roof and they were very picky on who to choose to fix it. I decided to try Hippo Roofing since my friend Aggi was in the business and I really must admit it was a great thing that I contacted the company. Hippo Roofing did a great job at finding a great metal roof for us, went over the costs effectively, and did a great job with the installation.
