We are in the process of getting a new roof through Roof Claim. We have been working with Tyler Marbry through the process and he has been wonderful!! He has been beyond helpful with everything. He is in contact with us regularly and keeps us up to date on what to expect through it all. He is very professional and friendly. We are so happy to have him helping us through this process.

Kevin has been working with me on getting my roof repaired after a wind storm. The process has been pain free and straightforward. Kevin wasn't pushy at all, and offered multiple solutions to questions before I could even ask them. He's a knowledgeable and professional individual and I would absolutely work with him again if (God forbid) necessary!

Kevin was awesome. He came out and did a free inspection and found damage I didn't even see. It was super easy to get a claim as he had all the information needed. I am so glad I called to get my roof fixed.

Questions & Answers

why do you required the customer to sign an aob before anything? and why would you stop communicating when asked to email one for an attorney to review?

In my experience with them, I was not obligated to go with them. If the insurance didn't cover the cost through your coverage, they would not work on the roof. I never had a problem with them and the work is insured for any defects

has anyone had problems with insurance not covering the coast of replacement of the roof. and did anyone have to get involved directly with the insurance co?

The only problem I had was with the determination of what caused the damage
