Kevin has been working with me on getting my roof repaired after a wind storm. The process has been pain free and straightforward. In my experience with them, I was not obligated to go with them. If the insurance didn't cover the cost through your coverage, they would not work on the roof. I never had a problem with them and the work is insured for any defects
