has anyone had problems with insurance not covering the coast of replacement of the roof. and did anyone have to get involved directly with the insurance co?

Almost Everyone has had a problem or issue with the insurance company not covering the cost of roof replacement but as long as the roof qualifies then insurance is willing to do its part without hesitation as long as the claim has legitimacy and is has to be initiated or started by policy holder with permission by policy holder then Jasper can go to work.
