Josh I feel your pain I went thru the same stuff eventually I was able to get medicaid to pay to have all my teeth removed but I had to go to Orlando ! Brevard county sucks for Healthcare !! You can try the Titusville health dept possibly or even call The Health Alliance on Barton blvd in Rockledge they have a Dental clinic ! Hope you get help !!
